Choose your situation

Where are you now?

Pick the closest fit. You do not need to know which service you need.

Typically Series A

01 / 04

Turn founder-led sales into a clear commercial plan.

You have product-market fit and early customers, but sales still depends on the founder and there is no repeatable system behind it.

This looks like you if

  • The founder runs most sales conversations
  • The ICP and positioning are still broad
  • There is no consistent process, pipeline or forecast

What Sille does

  • Define the ICP and priority segments
  • Clarify positioning, discovery and sales motion
  • Set targets, roles and the first operating cadence
  • Create a practical 90-day commercial plan

THE RESULT

A clear sales strategy, a prioritised build plan and confidence about what to hire or implement next.

How we work

Clarity first.
Then execution.

01

Diagnose

Find the constraint, define the commercial objective and decide what matters now.

02

Build or lead

Install the sales foundations or take accountable leadership of the team.

03

Scale or hand over

Increase capacity, recruit the permanent leader or complete a clean handover.

Why fractional

Senior capability now.
Permanent cost when ready.

Fractional is the better fit when the business needs experienced leadership, but not a five-day executive role yet.

FULL-TIME LEADER

FRACTIONAL LEADER

The capacity required for this stageOne, two or three days per week, clear outcomes, review points and no permanent headcount commitment.

THE RULE

If the business genuinely needs the role five days a week for the long term, hire permanently.Use fractional leadership to build the function and clarify the permanent role before carrying the full employment package.

Every engagement

Clear priorities.
Visible ownership.

01A defined outcome

Everyone knows what needs to change and how progress will be assessed.

02Hands-on execution

Direct building and leadership, not advice left for the founder to implement.

03A clear next step

Scale the mandate, conclude it or hand over to a permanent leader.

Common questions

Clear answers
before we start.

What if we are not sure which service we need?

That is normal. Start with the situation that feels closest. The first conversation will confirm whether the right answer is a diagnostic, a defined build or ongoing leadership.

Why not hire a full-time Head or VP of Sales now?

If the role is a genuine five-day need and the permanent brief is clear, you should. Fractional is strongest when the need is urgent but the function, market or permanent role still needs to be built.

What is the minimum commitment?

The GTM Diagnostic runs for two to three weeks. GTM Build runs for six to ten weeks. Fractional Sales Leadership has a three-month minimum at one, two or three days per week.

Can the engagement help us hire a permanent leader?

Yes. The mandate can define the role, create the scorecard, support recruitment through trusted partners and hand over a functioning sales system.

Where can Sille support us?

Across Australia and New Zealand, broader APAC teams and remotely for international startups preparing to enter the Australian market.
